The 110 West Seventh building, which is the 12th tallest building in the State of Oklahoma, was originally built for $15 million as the corporate headquarters for Cities Service Oil and Gas Corp., according to “The Tulsa World.”

Beginning construction in 1969, the building opened in 1971 as part of a construction boom that shaped Tulsa’s skyline into what it is today. Standing at 388 feet tall, the structure can be seen from miles away and is an iconic piece of Oklahoma’s petroleum past.
